Capacitor issues for the compressor. Travis was able to figure out the issue pretty quickly and fix it with a part on the truck. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in a bad spot!
Paul was great. I had a gas leak. He was able to find all of the sources of the leak and repair.
I didn’t purchase my hvac from Chase and that’s only because I was new to RVA and picked wrong! The initial install firm left me in mid summer with NO a/c, and a $10k repair estimate, 3 years after purchase. I called Chase and Jeremy arrived and immediately got the A/C working.
