This guy has a problem with being professional or polite. I used Charles before to install a system on a house I owned and he did a very good job, I also used him to service that unit. A few years later I called him to service a unit at another house i owned in Jacksonville and he gave me a story about the tenant giving him a hard time at the previous house giving him a hard time and that he didn’t want to work there. Called and they were here within an hour. Super conscientious, thorough, and knowledgable. Turned out to be a quick and easy fix. Left me with instructions on how to mitigate the issue in the future. I will 100% call again for all my A/C system needs.

My A/C which was only 6 years old when it began not cooling well and leaking freon. It was installed by McGowan A/C and I called them twice for repairs. After a week of no response from McGowan, I called Chase A/C (who was recommended by a friend) and they came the same day we called; fixing the issue the next day. The unit had a bad a coil which was a rarity on this type of a/c unit.
