Charles was recommended in my neighborhood group chat. I had drops of water coming through a bathroom ceiling fan and immediately called him. He was great, very responsive & thorough. He climbed up in my attic, took apart the fan, and figured out what was going on. He came highly recommended but I haven’t had the best luck with HVAC companies in the past so I was skeptical. But he definitely lived up to the hype. I also signed up for his service plan for my 2 units which was very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!!

I had a very negative experience on the phone. I wasn't able to have a conversation without being yelled and cursed at immediately when asking simple questions. (I believe he thought I was a scammer) Definitely don't recommend.
