We’ve been using Chase Air since 2010, ever since Charles installed a new ac system. Honest, fair and a pleasure to do business with. Alway quick to respond when we have a problem and always reasonably priced. No one better!
From start to finish, this was a frustrating experience. Bad communication, poor service, and no results. I gave them a chance to make it right, and they didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
This guy has a problem with being professional or polite. I used Charles before to install a system on a house I owned and he did a very good job, I also used him to service that unit. A few years later I called him to service a unit at another house i owned in Jacksonville and he gave me a story about the tenant giving him a hard time at the previous house giving him a hard time and that he didn’t want to work there.
