HOA is abusive and vindictive. They will selectively charge individual residents with fines only if a member of the HOA doesn’t like that resident. I’ve spent over $5000 for weed fines and replacing the lawn. 70% of the lawns in the community had more weeds than my lawn had and what’s even worse: the common areas that the HOA is responsible for is full of weeds!!
I've lived in Sanford my entire life, with the exception of about 5 years in my early 20's and went through the whole "Trying To Find Myself"
Great place to live, quiet and has community pool thats very well maintained. Walmart is 3 min drive and all other major shopping is within 7-10 min drive.
