Dr. Chase has been a life saver when it comes to chronic hip and back pain. I lived with years of pain, until he started my OMT. My pain is much more manageable and I have switched to him as my primary physician and my daughter's because he's been so great!
Chase always take time to listen to my concerns and discuss options. I've known him since his residency - we used to work together at Reid Hospital - and he is consistently friendly and professional. My husband sees his wife, Megan, and the same can be said of her as well.
Dr Carpenter's staff is incompetent. . I dropped off an application for assistance with the cost of my husbands medication a week ago to be faxed to GSK pharmaceutical. Today Upon contacting GSK pharmaceutical company to check on status they said they had not received his application. I then called Dr Chase CARPENTER'S office twice (because they never returned my 1st call msg) and was told there was a problem printing out his medication prescription because of no paper, so application was put on a nurse's desk. One of the worst. Have been in hospital for foot amputated and heart stints don't worry this Dr will not visit or not refill your scripts I have neuropathy and refuses to fill my gabapentin will be seeing new Drs I have limited time for to congestive heart failure no time to deal with this Dr
