I love it here! I have lived here for 3 years in 2 different apartments. Both were clean and comfortable and maintenance always takes care of everything very quickly. The office helped make the transfer easy and stress free and are always a delight to talk to. Very pet-friendly!
GREAT OFFICE STAFF and MAINTENACE STAFF I lived there for about 4 years. Laura the Property Manager, has always gone over and above to help me in the littlest and the BIGGEST issues, I have brought to her attention. Now for the Maintenance guys.. one word AWESOME! From experience being a Property Manager (CAM) in the past, there is always going to be issues on the property, the BEST way to handle the problems is to have a GREAT on site TEAM. Cockroach Heaven DISGUSTING! You pay extra every month for pest control that you don’t get. You also pay extra for the dumpster to throw trash in?? They nickel and dime you to death but it takes 8 weeks to get maintenance to do any work?? Do yourself a favor… DO NOT RENT WITY THESE PEOPLE! Most disgusting, cockroach infested place I’ve ever seen. Managers are liars and are useless!
Worse then being homeless Stayed here for a year, price of rent went way up, it was rare when something DID work and for the first 5 months the AC didn't work and I had to call 3 times for someone to come just to have 4 more times and finally fix it, LOTS of roaches and bugs despite keeping everything clean and as someone that's been homeless before, this was worse. I wish I was exaggerating. I'm dead serious.

DO NOT MOVE HERE We have dealt with mice and major roach/pest problem. Whatever their pest control company sprays does not work, and we’ve had to buy our own pesticides and mouse traps. I keep my apartment clean to which management even stated that my apartment was clean, and the people next to us may be causing the roaches to come into our apartment. Our apartment had many issues from the people before us that we were not repaired (holes in the wall, giant stains and paint chips, lights out, tub without caulking, etc). We w... read more
If I could leave less than 1 star I would as well Completely a rip off. This place is old and nasty and the staff try to sucker you out of every penny they can while not providing any of the amenities they are said to offer. Apartments are way outdated and full of bugs and spiders

A VERY HAPPY HOME ! I have lived here at Embassy House Apartments since the year 2017. I would not want to live anywhere else in Corpus Christi but Embassy House Apartments. Sara ( the manager ) and Stephanie and all of the staff here are consistently helpful, responsive, compassionate, professional, and caring. Peaceful and Accomodating This complex is one of the most peaceful properties I've lived at. Very quiet and comforting. The staff is extremely kind and accomodating. Maintenance is hard working and the women in the office are professional. The office recently got remodeled and it is so beautiful and modern. I love it here.
Very Pleasant Apartment Experience! We've lived here for nearly 2 years now. We moved here from Colorado and lived in apartments there as well and comparatively speaking, these apartments are far better. In comparison, these apartments are more like a resort than what we were used to. We walked in to a newly renovated unit with new flooring, appliances, paint and everything worked - especially the A/C. If you are in need of a great apartment experience, you owe it to yourself to check out Brookside Manor Apartments.
