Michelle is absolutely amazing! I'm currently working in Germany, and on two occasions I have contacted the Chase City Flower Shop to order flowers for special occasions and Michelle provided wonderful recommendations and ensured the flowers were delivered on time. Chase City Flower Shop did a beautiful job on a standing arrangement for my loved ones funeral service! I also appreciated the kindness of the individual that took my order over the phone. She offered warm, sincere condolences and assured me that they would make something beautiful- and they most definitely did!

I always try to shop local. But, it is not what you say but how you say it....asked for a specific type wreath, didn't have it..OK, fine. Asked about an existing one and got an abrupt " NO, it's been sold." I inquired could I have one made. She asked when would I need it, I told her in 3 days. " NO, I'M NOT TAKING ON ANOTHER Job its Mother's Day" Obviously, i wasn't the type patron she could "take on". I had to drive to Keysville to Blooms where Shannon accomodated me..
