Chase City Flower Shop did a beautiful job on a standing arrangement for my loved ones funeral service! I also appreciated the kindness of the individual that took my order over the phone. She offered warm, sincere condolences and assured me that they would make something beautiful- and they most definitely did!

I always try to shop local. But, it is not what you say but how you say it....asked for a specific type wreath, didn't have it..OK, fine. Asked about an existing one and got an abrupt " NO, it's been sold." I inquired could I have one made. She asked when would I need it, I told her in 3 days. " NO, I'M NOT TAKING ON ANOTHER Job its Mother's Day" Obviously, i wasn't the type patron she could "take on". I had to drive to Keysville to Blooms where Shannon accomodated me..

The flowers for a funeral were not delivered in time for the viewing as had been promised. The flower spray was not nearly as pretty as what had been advertised.
