Where are the 10 stars? Chase Brothers Plumbing deserves 10 stars for helping me with an emergency plumbing issue on Easter Sunday in Fairfield. I had to shut off the water to the whole house and called around 5:30 pm for urgent service. The first technician arrived quickly within about an hour, checked the problem, and stayed helpful through the process. We woke up to a terrible septic backup in the house, and it was a huge mess. My husband handled the worst of the cleanup and then called Chase Brothers Plumbing for help.
