I am now 2 on-site meetings and 5 long phone calls into trying to resolve a chase issue with moving money from my chase account elsewhere by ACH, but their system continually rejects the transfer. Not one of the people I've spoken with at Chase has taken ownership of this issue and attempted to resolve it. Save yourself the headache and bank elsewhere.
