It's 8/5/2025, the branch is closed 30 mins before 4pm scheduled close time with locked doors. I just need to access vestibule atm for cash. And theres no after hours access at this branch. It is now an inconvenience because I have to now drive to a different branch and pay for parking. If this was in a different neighborhood, there would clear communication and not a guard turning their back towards me as a client. At least address and see my needs.
I love this bank so much! Marcus and John have been amazing to work with. Starting a business has been stressful, and they have been so supportive and helpful. Every time I come into the this branch, I am greeted with smiles and so much positive energy. I recommend Chase and this specific location to anyone looking for a fantastic banking experience.

Please fix the card reader for access to the ATM outside business hours. Lots of cash only/preferred businesses in the immediate vicinity, it should be a minimum expectation for chase customers to be able to access the ATM outside of 9 am - 4 pm.
