This stupid branch is always a problem with them they close at 4 i went at 3:40 and they were already closed
This location is great! Great customer service. Everyone on the team is friendly and very helpful. The one issue is the access after branch hours. The vestibule is locked at 4pm every day. That’s an inconvenience to many customers that we can’t access the ATM past 4pm. If the vestibule hours were adjusted to even 8pm, that would make a huge difference to our community. If this Chase is a “community” branch, please make it accessible to the community.
How can a bank close at 4 pm and not have atm access? When am I supposed to deposit cash if I work 8-4
It's 8/5/2025, the branch is closed 30 mins before 4pm scheduled close time with locked doors. I just need to access vestibule atm for cash. And theres no after hours access at this branch. It is now an inconvenience because I have to now drive to a different branch and pay for parking. If this was in a different neighborhood, there would clear communication and not a guard turning their back towards me as a client. At least address and see my needs.
