Went to get a cashiers check for my car. Needed two forms of ID - never needed this at any bank before and got turned away. Drove across town to a different bank and they got it done without any trouble. Clearly this bank is fraught with fraud and needs to crack down on normal customers to address their challenges, or the teller is misinformed about the policy. Nevertheless, they did not give access to my money. Will not go back.
Horrendous customer service. Need to chase constantly to get anyone to contact me to resolve a bank account access issue which has persisted for months with no resolution. Take your money elsewhere.
My niece collects coins so I recently stopped by to get some for her birthday, and the teller Xhensila was so nice! She asked about my niece and also gave me a lollipop and a kids activity book + crayons for her. It was really sweet and I hope Xhensila is there next time I come in!
The staff was very welcoming, especially Elio. I had to open an account and Emily handled it like a professional.
