I went here to withdraw money and shut down my account. The teller who was helping me shut down my account and gave me a cashier's check before withdrawing the cash. i asked about the cash and they said it was the cashier's check I explained that I needed the cash too. Instead of giving me options that might be more convenient for me the teller did what was most convenient for her and invalidated the cashier's check a gave me an envelope full of cash. Terrible location. No available customer service and extremely limited ATM hours. Pathetic.
Do not go to this specific branch store. The customer service was extremely rude. The little Hispanic girl that helped me mocked me the whole time I was having a panic attack in their office. As well as didn’t even know anything and admitted that to me. So I would recommend not using chase bank because their customer service is nonexistent. She had no empathy at all and was extremely rude. Do not go here unless you want to be belittled by people who don’t know anything about their job.
