Very unresponsive. I’m convinced they don’t have phones as anytime I call the branch number they send me through all these selections just to say we are not available I’m sorry and then the call ends. If this check I received wasn’t from their bank I wouldn’t ever deal with this again.
Please fix the access pad for card users after hours.
A really strange and unusable bank. The hours are hilarious and bad. The ATM shouldn’t even be listed on google maps as it is inaccessible most of the time. Unfortunately Chase has gotten so bad in Portland that Onpoint seems to be the obvious move as a much better, friendlier, and easier to use banking service
I went here to withdraw money and shut down my account. The teller who was helping me shut down my account and gave me a cashier's check before withdrawing the cash. i asked about the cash and they said it was the cashier's check I explained that I needed the cash too. Instead of giving me options that might be more convenient for me the teller did what was most convenient for her and invalidated the cashier's check a gave me an envelope full of cash.
