The worst. No service. I have been a customer here for years and at the Fred Meyer location before it moved here. The service is absolutely missing. The services may as well not be available for all of the use this location serves. The guard is there. The service is bottom tier. For as few people actually need in person services, you would think they should consider this aspect as top priority over actually suggesting that customers go use the other nearby location. Emile was so friendly and helpful when we came in to exchange some cash for coins! You can tell he had great rapport with other customers as well!
I went in for a couple rolls of quarters. When I started doing my laundry I realized that each roll was short $1.25. Do not recommend this location.
Very unresponsive. I’m convinced they don’t have phones as anytime I call the branch number they send me through all these selections just to say we are not available I’m sorry and then the call ends. If this check I received wasn’t from their bank I wouldn’t ever deal with this again.
