I think in today's world, it should not take 10 days for a check to clear. With technology, they get it through overnight. Holding it from us for 10 days is just plain theft.

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. I went in to cash a check and open an account. They couldn’t do either. They said they couldn’t cash the check because they’ve had “ a lot of fraudulent activity” but that I could cash it at another branch. Am I supposed to drive from branch to branch. Big incompetent bank that couldn’t care less.

Fraudulent activity on my account where a large amount of money was taken and in their “investigation” they found $5,000 taken to not be fraudulent even though the charges were located in Florida!!! Made my account negative by pulling the money back out after having refunded it and they said there’s nothing they can do

My friend went in to deposit her husbands life insurance. Obviously he had passed . They , meaning the Manager Raj . Talked her into investing most of the money into a high risk investment account. Two years she waited.she went into the bank to ask questions. She was told he wasn’t responsible she should talk to her investment person. She tried to contact the person only to find out she no longer has an account. Not only that , no one will return her calls !That was her life savings! Good going JP Morgan investments!
