We scheduled an appt online for the following day with Griffin Dyka and experienced terrible customer service. Front entry lady kept going to his room then to us and back and forth for almost 10 minutes past appt-we could literally hear and see it all-so unprofessional! The bank had no customers. As an established customer I arrived an hour before close while there were four employees actively doing nothing and got turned away for wanting to open a checking account. There were zero customers in the lobby. Don’t bother going to this location.
Danielle is the best worker here.
Jonathan here is the worst. He tried to upsell me to a checking account I didn't need and then locked down my account so that I can't move my money. STAY AWAY!
