If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. This the worst Chase I have ever been to. The staff was rude and would not let me speak and spoke all over me. I felt extremely unsafe at this bank and disrespected in every way
We scheduled an appt online for the following day with Griffin Dyka and experienced terrible customer service. Front entry lady kept going to his room then to us and back and forth for almost 10 minutes past appt-we could literally hear and see it all-so unprofessional! The bank had no customers. As an established customer I arrived an hour before close while there were four employees actively doing nothing and got turned away for wanting to open a checking account. There were zero customers in the lobby. Don’t bother going to this location.
