Person greeting guests - kept staring at me behind the wall for like a minute straight He thought I did mot notice him. This branch chase is just weird Every time I come to conduct transaction with the teller I get push back as if they don’t like me conducting transactions at the branch They keep telling me why I can’t just use the app instead. Why even be a chase customer?

I just started to bank with this location for my business. First, it started off with excellent customer service. One day, I went in to deposit some money like I always do. The one Indian manager complained about me bringing me too many coins for them to count. I asked her what’s too many? She said anything that’s $10 in coins or more. Anyhow.
