I had such a positive experience today at the Seaport Blvd Chase location. I went in to make a deposit, and unfortunately, the machine ended up “eating” my hundred-dollar bill. Even though it was a vendor-operated machine that she couldn’t access directly, the branch manager (I believe her name was Sarah) didn’t give up on me.
