I came from out of town and simply needed to withdraw cash from an ATM so I could tip service workers. I went out of my way and spent over an hour visiting three different Chase branches, only to find either the ATMs were down or the ATM lobbies were locked due to time restrictions. I’ve been a loyal Chase customer since 2019. In early October 2025, I suddenly received a letter from Chase stating that my credit card accounts ending in 2351 and 8769 were being closed due to “inappropriate conduct with employees.” This was shocking and confusing because I’ve never even visited a branch or had any inappropriate interactions.
