Already waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled appt time. No one checks in with us to say anything about the wait, I have to actually get up and say something. It’s just ridiculous.
Don't even bother going into this place for account help when Chase locks your new account - been a loyal Chase customer for over a decade, but this has me thinking I'm completely done with this company after this experience. I’ve been with chase bank for 6 years. Since I moved to SC, this branch has repeatedly paid my hackers, after being told I was being hacked, finally opened all new accounts and then sent bank statements to my home with all the new account numbers, credit card numbers and balances even though I have electronic statements! This month, I made a credit card payment on time, they returned the payment to me and used that payment for a late fee!! I’m done with Chase.
