Just left out of Chase and was told we couldn’t open a checking account today because they were short staff. We would have to come back another day.
I was extremely nervous at first due to not having much experience at a physical bank but I really like how kind and helpful the staff are here along with the calm atmosphere in the building definitely helped curb some of my anxieties! I wish I could remember the ladies name that had come out of her way to try to help me and my family and offered us some water while I filled out an application for an account she was amazing and her customer service and dedication is impeccable! I will be returning!
Never open a chase credit card account. You'll be paying them off forever!!!
