Great customer service
If I could gave this company 0 stars then that is what it will be !!!!! Ya’ll will surely be seeing me in the next couple days because if this bank can not correct an serious issue that your bank caused then I sure will be taking this issue higher because this is becoming ridiculous ! My uncle opened a business account in the Charlotte branch and they gave him a direct deposit form with “his account information on it.” (He is older) A company wired him money to that account that is supposedly his account and he kept calling ... read more

Just left out of Chase and was told we couldn’t open a checking account today because they were short staff. We would have to come back another day.
