I did not have an appointment But! I wanted my son who was opening his first account to have an African-American male to open his account. The customer service was everything, But! The black guy who is at this location took three hours with one customer. today,! Ashley was very nice and polite and another guy offered to open his account. Had appointment for 10:30am, had to let them know I was there. Put in holding room, waited until 11:00am then left. Very poor customer service , there was none. All I wanted to do was open a checking and savings account. I guess some peoples business is more important than others.
