The staff and tellers here are very nice and helpful assisting customers with any issues or concerns. It was not busy when I arrived at this branch so they were able to help me right away and the wait was not long at all. They also have a drive through service at the back of the parking lot area. It’s the only Chase bank in Council Bluff until you cross the bridge into Omaha, Nebraska.
There is nothing to tell ,irs Saturday so it's closed ,i went to the atm outside
I had a very negative experience with Chase Bank. I had to drive nearly two hours to open a bank account in person. I completed the entire process at that time, trusting that the staff was doing their job correctly. However, 15 days later, I received a call informing me that a document was missing a signature. This document was not my responsibility, but rather the responsibility of the representative who opened the account.
