The worst location. Absolutely rude and unhelpful!
Worst Chase Bank location. Everyday one hour prior to closing they close counters 👎
This location makes it incredibly difficult for you to become a new customer. For two Saturdays in a row, I was turned away from opening a new account because they were closing in 45-60 mins. Keep in mind I work in banking and that is more than enough time to open an account. This location only has ONE teller desk and ONE separate office - the separate office is the only area you can work with someone to open a new account. Meanwhile if you look at a bank like Wells Fargo, they have 5-10 teller desks and several separate off... read more
Every time you go in there are new customer service(lack off) representatives. I was waiting for 4 days to get a problem resolved No one at this branch had any idea what to. Went to Broad n Washington branch and got it solved. So annoying that I closed my 2 accounts. Bye Chase.
