I walked into the office without an appointment, and the staff treated me as if I was an inconvenience from the start. They told me to come back the next day at around 1 PM. I arrived at 1:20 PM, and they claimed I had missed the appointment and insisted I schedule another one. They showed zero concern about customer convenience. It felt like they simply didn’t care if I returned at all.
