I visited Chase Bank today to ask about a service, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the staff treated me in an unfriendly and disrespectful way. They were not helpful and did not explain things properly. I expected much better treatment and professionalism. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I hope the service improves in the future.
I had an amazing experience at this bank! The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. It's refreshing to see such excellent customer service these days – highly recommend!
Staff had to finish the personal conversation f Than manger took twenty minutes to verify my account When complained he didn't want to serve me. Went to other branch literally out in 5 minutes with text verification This Branch not only gives Chase a bad image its contributes to the bad image of Uphams corner thats trying to change!
