I Stopped today at this branch to make a deposit into my checking account was told by the teller that my transaction could not be processed!!! After speaking with the teller for over 15 minutes my transaction was finally completed very disappointed in the service at this branch!!!!
Beautiful building
The only Chase Bank in the downtown Providence area that you can access an ATM 24 hours. It has a drive-through where you can do that. Thank God for this location. We need another one closer to downtown Providence, please College Hill area please.
The teller are very nice knowledgeable and very helpful will definitely recommend this bank for all of your banking needs
