ATM never works is broken as we speak they need to open more branches in Rhode Island
I attempted to deposit a check, but the bank had issues processing it and implied the problem was on my end. I decided to try depositing the check through the Chase app, and it went through without any issues. On a separate occasion, I went in to service my account, and the staff seemed to not know what I was requesting. I ended up leaving and going to the Cranston branch, where I was able to get help quickly and without any confusion.
