I recently had the pleasure of working with Ms Gaston the Branch Manager who assisted me with opening a trust account. Not only is she genuinely considerate and kind , but she is excellent at what she does and is committed to great customer experience and satisfaction. I was working toward an important deadline and her assistance enabled me to meet it. Based on my interaction with her I would confidently choose to do business here again in the future.
Understaffed and incapable of making more than the simplest transactions. If you're an international bank, dont open locations that can't provide banking services.
No one that works here . wants to work, or they are too busy talking to one another. It’s not a suitable branch. I would not be surprised it is shut down the next few years.
