I've had a great experience with the people inside but unfortunately I have to give it a one star because the ATM is not convenient at all. What is the point? Need to have one on the outside. Really disappointed as this has gone downhill and I can't get my money when I need it
Let us use the ATM when we need to. You can’t open the door without a chase card, what’s the point of locking it from your customers?
Had the worse experience with this branch, I had a settlement check I want to withdraw money after a week. the woman who is the supervisor stop my check and I don’t know what she did on the back end, she made couple calls then saying that I’m unable to get the money they had to freeze my money, I have to keep calling the bank for 40+ days for them to investigate with my money and gave it back, the house that I want to purchase end up someone else purchase it. The ATM closes when the bank closes. So you have no access to your ATM after 5 M-F and after 1pm on Saturdays.
