The absolute best chase bank around, the ladies helped take care of everything I needed especially the things that the other chase banks said they couldn't, they made us feel very comfortable and at home and every time I come in now they check on me. I would absolutely recommend this bank

Yesterday I went here and opened a new account. I received very helpful service from Stefany. She went out of her way to be friendly and explained what I need to know in great detail. The place was clean and the front desk woman was also helpful and nice. A very enjoyable experience.
Tried to use the ATM after hours but the door did not open and this is not the first time. Very frustrating.
