I have really seen more incompetent people. They are nice but soooo unprofessional.

Today, my wife went to Chase Bank to cash a money order. Despite having all the necessary documents, she faced unnecessary delays and questioning. The experience was clearly racist, and it's clear that there were issues with how she was treated. We'll be contacting corporate about this.
