I visited this branch for 3 times. The staff here Destini O'Brien is kinda arrogant and patronizing her clients. She asked question like "why you ask credit limit increase and also apply for a new card?". And during the application, she insisted to read the disclaimer word by word from the top line to the last - this was just dramatic. And when I interrupted her, she stared at me like a serious teacher "I just have to read this".
