This branch has unmatched customer service, sophistication, and professionalism. The staff is very personable and knowledgeable; I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Chase products or banking services in general.
Sara was very rude and gave horrible service. Employees should also be given a talk about hygiene as she also smelled horrible. I assumed it’s a custom to have good hygiene in a professional setting.
Really great experience and friendly time. If you want the best service I highly recommend you ask for Ryan, was in an out with no issue and he’s very friendly.
Not being able to use the ATM outside of business hours is insane work
No ATM access on Sundays.
