It took some time to resolve, but he consistently followed up and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Before going there, I noticed so many negative comments for this branch. I was expecting bad service and rude people. Instead, at the entrance I was greeted with a smile and a question “how we can help you today?”. I had to wait just a few minutes, afterwards a nice gentleman solved my issue. The security guard is rude. Told me to move away from the door. I’m closing my account.
