I had a fantastic experience at Chase Bank today, all thanks to Sarah. I went in to take advantage of the $900 bonus offer for opening a new checking and savings account, and I couldn't have asked for a better representative to help me out. Before going there, I noticed so many negative comments for this branch. I was expecting bad service and rude people. Instead, at the entrance I was greeted with a smile and a question “how we can help you today?”. I had to wait just a few minutes, afterwards a nice gentleman solved my issue.
