Excellent customer service
Excellent service today. Genuinely kind and helpful employees. There are limited chase options in the area but this will be my new branch when I need to see a teller.

Go to another branch. The people and tellers in this bank are about as useful as a wart. Use the PNC bank less than a block away. I'm glad I see them for who they are. I was about to transfer all my bank accounts over to them. Thanks for showing who you really are and the bad customer service you represent.
