Unbelievably bad customer service. I signed up for Private Client with “Max”. A few weeks later I was having trouble with a wire. Max couldn’t help me at all. He then informed me he wasn’t my banker even though he signed me up, gave me his contact info, and no one else reached out to me. Total incompetence.
