This branch has two ATMS and 90% of the time the outside one is not working and about 60-70% of the time the inside one isn’t working either.
Five stars! The tellers and bankers at this branch are so very helpful and have helped me out many times. I'm so sorry I had to close my account, but I really look forward to opening one up again with them one day!
Horrible service nobody know what they doing, you open an account and banker does not know what he is doing, while you ask for answers and ways to open accounts they answer with I’m new I don’t think we can’t do that. Horrible horrible experience!!! Also ATMs are out of service almost all the time. If someone is doing something wrong and they make a mistake they just say sorry there is nothing I can do.
They don’t accept the Utah ID app as ID even though it’s accepted everywhere else. Need to get with the times
Broken atm machine. Tried to deposit cash. The screen loaded for 15 minutes and wouldn’t take any of my cash. The bills were crisp and new. I tried twice. Huge waste of time as I had to wait 30 minutes for it to load and give me my cash and card back
