I am not a member but regularly have to deposit into an account for business. I will NEVER join this bank. Every time I go there I wait for an eternity. They never have enough people at the counter. One person has a long transaction and everyone has to wait for way too long! Get your crap together.

No one picks up the phone, but if you walk in, the women working there are very nice. Parking is easy, there's a free lot next to the Harmon's gas station. Note: Chase offers notary services, but if your documents require a witness in addition to the notarization, they won't sign.
