They don’t accept the Utah ID app as ID even though it’s accepted everywhere else. Need to get with the times
Broken atm machine. Tried to deposit cash. The screen loaded for 15 minutes and wouldn’t take any of my cash. The bills were crisp and new. I tried twice. Huge waste of time as I had to wait 30 minutes for it to load and give me my cash and card back

I was visiting from out of town and had to stop in twice. Both times there was no wait. The tellers were very friendly and helpful. They were able to help us work through a challenge we had. I'm grateful for a good bank with awesome employees at this location.
