Tried to open an account at this location because it’s the only one open on a Saturday. The young kid that works at the branch was more worried about getting out of work on time than helping me. He kept trying to get me to come in on a different day and referring me to the website.
Greeted upon arrival and recieved friendly service from Elias who was able to solve our immediate issue as well as assist us in ways we did not initially think about. Great staff who goes above and beyond.
Complete incompetence. I was advised to come to this branch in person to resolve an issue with my online banking accounts were frozen for “fraud” and my numerous encounters with chase phone representatives had not resolved the issue. I showed up in the middle of the day and was told that the bank was “closed for an emergency”. I then showed up to the valley street location and was told that there is a long wait to speak with a representative. I’ve been a 20 year customer of Chase but I’m done.
Messed up the setup of my sister's new account... problem had to do with addressing mixup, which never really was resolved, caused many other issues, as she relocated from Massachusetts to Colorado, and ultimately resulted in the accounts having to be being closed altogether.😠
Came in yesterday all the staff was very rude. Never again going to that branch.
