I had a fantastic experience at this branch today! I had been putting off depositing bond checks for a while because I wasn't sure how the process worked, but Shar made the whole experience a breeze. She took her time, walked me through every step clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Dealing with bond checks isn't always quick or straightforward, but her patience and positive attitude truly made my day. Highly recommend this branch and its amazing team!
