The Relationshio Banker Alvin gave me his business card tbree times which was unecessary. He also assumes things the person doesn't say. He would start talking about things I didn't even ask about. That's not good listening or thinking skills.
Smooth service flow, but Chase charges over the top rates for over 3 non-Chase ATM transactions each month definitely not suitable for large transactions without incurring huge fees. Great service though

My experience with Ikeyma was amazing, I recently opened a business and checking account at this branch and she was very sweet and patient. She even put me on the path to fix my credit.
What is wrong with their credit card and their customer service??!!!! My card has been getting declined everywhere. They gave me an offer to spend 5k in 3 months to get back 75000 points back, but how would I ever reach that if they decline even $10 worth of payment. Now, new problem is arising that I cant add my card and save it on apps because it says invalid card. Save yourself some time and peace and dont get a Chase card.
