It’s interesting how the reviews are so polarizing. In my case, I had an excellent experience. I visited this branch to update my SSN and created a credit card. Bankers were kind and provided advice and assistance, especially since I am a foreigner unfamiliar with the U.S. credit system. I can confidently say this is an outstanding place.
Tried to open a checking account online, and it won't go through, so figure I come to the bank. Apparently I needed to make an appointment first, either online or in person. Since I was already there, I told her I would like to make the appoint and she seemed annoyed and told me again I could do it online, so I had to 'clarify' that I wanted for her to make an appointment for me.
