The young Wilson girl or whoever she is is extremely rude. Asked a simple question to double check I’m doing everything correctly and the only thing she was capable of doing was talking slowly and giving condescending looks. If you hate interacting with people, don’t choose a costumer-facing role! It’s as easy as that. Poor service
Terrible service I came to pay off the mortgage on my house was told to go to teller window bank manager was very unhelpful and dismissive never once came out the room and ask if I needed help after waiting at the window for 10 minutes for someone to finally show up and the person that was helping had no knowledge of what she was doing or the information she gave me this was supposed to be a good day for me finally paying off my home and they made it a very bad day and experience I should of been in one of the rooms to handl... read more
The service is OK, but the frustrating part is that there was no notice when the branch was out of service twice. The first time, there was no one in the branch, and the second time there was a problem with the system. No notice and I came to the branch in the cold snow, with nothing be done. Bad experience.
Extremely unprofessional experience at the 4001 Chestnut St Chase branch. The branch manager, Andrew Ferguson, skipped my line and then kicked me out after I simply told him not to stand too close to me. When I tried to be polite and even apologized, he threatened to call the police — for absolutely no reason. Completely unacceptable behavior from someone representing a major bank. If you value respect, professionalism, or basic courtesy, avoid this branch. Chase needs to seriously reconsider who they put in charge here.
Some banker has been extremely impatient and arrogant to customers. Find another branch!
