Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever been through in my entire life. The manager is completely clueless and is extremely lazy. Whenever there’s a problem with my bank account, he just shrugged it off. I said I’m tired of my business account having continuous hiccups and hold for no reason, and the reason that is posted online is it even true. The manager is a complete failure. He is so incompetent in his work, all the employees are rude and don’t know how to do their job. I called chase today and my problem was fixed over the phone in 15 minutes. The manager is rude, spoke disrespectful to me and literally didn’t care if he lost me as a customer. This make me uncomfortable to be a chase customer that they decided to out such a horrible person in charge. Especially since no one knows what they’re doing. I came in this morning and was ignored and not helped
Im closing my account with chase. I had a business account and they continue to place hold on my check for 2-3 weeks at a time. They provide no reason as to why. They only put holds and never provide a reason as to why. Save yourself the time and effort and do not open with chase. Horrible business account
