I had scheduled an appointment and arrived at the bank on time, but unfortunately, the person I was supposed to meet was not available. I spoke with someone else and explained my issue. They were kind enough to listen and identify the problem, but since they were attending to another customer, they asked me to wait for twenty minutes. I mentioned that I had an appointment and was unable to wait. As a result, my issue was not resolved. The relationship banker Shabnam patiently and kindly guided me through the whole process, answered all my questions and helped me make an informed decision about the accounts that I wanted to open.
