I went to this branch today to open an account. I brought a piece of mail with me for verification & for some reason the worker decided to open my mail?? Then they asked if I was a U.S. citizen which I’m not sure how that’s relevant? According to google you don’t need to be a citizen to open an account. I am a citizen btw. I didn’t have my phone on me and apparently there’s no way to open an account without reading off a code they send to your phone. Weird. I’ll try again at a different branch tomorrow
I visited the Studio City branch this morning and was helped by Argine. She was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. Great customer service.

This bank can be hit or miss — sometimes the experience is good, and other times it’s not, depending on who helps you.
Just have the worst experience in bank right now, with this teller Argine, and the assistant vice president Kristina Estrada, they don't have manners to treat customers, please don go to this office they don't deserve your patronage.
