This bank can be hit or miss — sometimes the experience is good, and other times it’s not, depending on who helps you.
Just have the worst experience in bank right now, with this teller Argine, and the assistant vice president Kristina Estrada, they don't have manners to treat customers, please don go to this office they don't deserve your patronage.
Just had the most pleasant experience at this Chase bank. I was only going to get quarters. I came in right at 9 AM as they opened and was greeted so nicely by two people. The vibes in there were really nice and good. I have to been to a bank in a long time and this was a great experience.
