Just have the worst experience in bank right now, with this teller Argine, and the assistant vice president Kristina Estrada, they don't have manners to treat customers, please don go to this office they don't deserve your patronage.
Just had the most pleasant experience at this Chase bank. I was only going to get quarters. I came in right at 9 AM as they opened and was greeted so nicely by two people. The vibes in there were really nice and good. I have to been to a bank in a long time and this was a great experience.

Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Opened accounts depositing cash and check. They 'restricted' my funds and now am in 7th level of hell trying to get any response or resolution either in person or via phone customer service. They cashed check then claimed they were holding it, so issuer can not even cancel. No one is accountable or interested in actually helping.
