Just met Julissa to discuss a transaction issue with my account. She is super kind and proactive in her approach. She called the back office right away to get more details over this issue. While the issue is still unresolved (as she figured out it's not from the bank's side), she assured complete support in this matter. My best experience at Chase Bank! Let's go Julissa!!✨

I went in today, not knowing I needed an appointment, but the staff was courteous enough to help me on a Saturday afternoon two hours before closing. I worked with bank representative, Carlos on opening some accounts and he was fabulous to work with. He understand that exactly what we needed, and he made sure that he explained everything to us in great detail and helped us get the full benefit of the Chase banking experience. He definitely deserves praise and I wanted to make sure that I left the review.
