The bank staff is very courteous and responsive
The ATM doesn't open until 7:00 in the morning I have to be on my way to work before that and by the time I get back to work it's about 10:00 and the ATM is closed at 10:00 so I can never get my money I have to take a vacation day or sick day just to get my own money from this Branch if not then I have to go somewhere further with an outdoor ATM like the Journal Square location even though I live only a couple blocks away from this one
The ATM is only open when I'm working so I can never withdraw money since they close early now
