Peter Natoli is the best banker I’ve ever met. I met with him twice, and he was always patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process smooth and easy, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Everything was handled efficiently, and I really appreciated how responsible and reliable he was. I’ll definitely go back to him if I need help again.
Chase people are so Slow and not motivated at all…. Depressing place
Terrible customer service in person and unreachable by phone. Have been calling for the past week and cannot get through at all. I called the main chase support line and they tried calling and this branch doesn't even answer the internal phone. I would give zero stars if it was possible - avoid going here if possible.
