Not only does Chase not provide an online customer support, they also do not pick up a phone. I have been trying to reach my local branch all day today, and was never able to speak to anyone. There is no way to connect with anyone at the bank. At this point, this bank is worse than a fully online one - like Ally - as they do not have any customer service at all! Very frustrating.
An unpleasant experience, this is the second time, so decided to write a review. After trying unsuccessfully to get to a live customer rep the evening before (not even a chat available), I visited the branch, very close to my work, also a banking institution. For my questions, 2, I know I needed to speak with a banker, not a teller. So I declined the help offered by the teller when arriving and I announced I need to speak with a banker/officer. Peter Natoli is the best banker I’ve ever met. I met with him twice, and he was always patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process smooth and easy, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Everything was handled efficiently, and I really appreciated how responsible and reliable he was. I’ll definitely go back to him if I need help again.
