An unpleasant experience, this is the second time, so decided to write a review. After trying unsuccessfully to get to a live customer rep the evening before (not even a chat available), I visited the branch, very close to my work, also a banking institution. For my questions, 2, I know I needed to speak with a banker, not a teller. So I declined the help offered by the teller when arriving and I announced I need to speak with a banker/officer. Peter Natoli is the best banker I’ve ever met. I met with him twice, and he was always patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process smooth and easy, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Everything was handled efficiently, and I really appreciated how responsible and reliable he was. I’ll definitely go back to him if I need help again.

Terrible customer service in person and unreachable by phone. Have been calling for the past week and cannot get through at all. I called the main chase support line and they tried calling and this branch doesn't even answer the internal phone. I would give zero stars if it was possible - avoid going here if possible.
