Worst Chase visit ever. We came for a notary service and were told to wait 50 minutes. Then the older white man assisting us displayed an arrogant attitude—sighing multiple times, judging our personal choices, and making it clear he thought we were “wasting his time” simply because we didn’t understand certain details. Completely unprofessional. I don’t want to assume racism, but it felt like he judged us as not wealthy enough to be treated with patience and respect.
