I came in to schedule a free notary appointment, and it was fast and easy. The notary visit took 10 minutes and it was free! Highly recommend this location and the friendly staff.
was scheduled with omar for an appt, arrived 15 minutes early and only found out 15 minutes after appt start that omar is not in. did not receive any notification in the days preceding that the appt needed to be rescheduled. unsure if this is due to a systems error that requires IT to get involved or an error with the staff. was offered a chance to reschedule which we did not take due to us having a busy schedule. thankfully someone else was kind enough to accommodate us
Omar was helpful. The security guy kept telling me that they’re full and even though I had an appointment. That was annoying.
Agree with the other posts that this branch is the worst ever; Incompetent and unprofessional across the board. The ATM outside is consistently broken and they won’t allow customers into the vestibule during off-hours even when the atm is broken (which is weekly). Understood that homeless can sometimes seek refuge in the vestibule however If they’d only hire security to be onsite like many other branches, there would not be a need to close the vestibule. The ATM machine at this location, never seems to work and the one that’s inside that we are supposed to have access to. They lock it after 5pm denying customers access to it
