This is one of the worst branches I ever been. Bankers make you wait in an hour. While they’re playing on their phones in their offices. They are lazy and rude. And chase doesn’t care for the customers. I was reading reviews and I’m not the only one. I’ll better take my business somewhere else

With 3 employees with no customers the banker on the floor was unwilling to assist me with my appointment at 10:30 this would have been the 3rd time I have tried to transfer my daughters child account to a high school student account seems like it should be easy but at this point we have had 2 bankers refuse to help us due to their policies of not helping customers first time we didn’t have an appointment this time there was a confusion with the appointment.
