With 3 employees with no customers the banker on the floor was unwilling to assist me with my appointment at 10:30 this would have been the 3rd time I have tried to transfer my daughters child account to a high school student account seems like it should be easy but at this point we have had 2 bankers refuse to help us due to their policies of not helping customers first time we didn’t have an appointment this time there was a confusion with the appointment. Update: I just tried to transfer $2k out of here, to a personal verified external account, so get started at another bank. Now I am stuck on the phone with the fraud dept AGAIN!!! Ridiculous! Original: The branch I opened my account at seemed good. I left, and started moving all of my banking over. I setup all of my autopays. Then I tried to setup external banks so that I can transfer money to pay business loans out of business banking accounts. This is where the trouble began.
