Had a great and pleasant time with Liam. Liam was the banker who took us in previously as well as today. He is extremely helpful and patient. Wish you speedy recovery on your wrist. The branch is also extremely clean and have complimentaries like water and klennex tissue paper.
I was looking to leave a review on one of these locations in Brighton,Ma. across from my CVS. Def sketchy, I looked on to my account plan and I don’t know why my assigned accountant changed my checking plan to their teen plan knowing that I’m 25 going on 26 in July. Let me find out she changed it from their regular checking plan just because that one offered overdraft which had to be manually attached. As of January 2026, the Google rating is 2.9, and it is well deserved. The staff seemed inept, and what should’ve taken two minutes took almost half an hour. The bank was empty, so it wasn’t a matter of being too crowded. It seemed that no one was really trained and did not know how to handle anything beyond basic transactions. Avoid this Chase Bank location unless you have a lot of time on your hands.
Walk-in service is clearly not welcome here. I saw a couple of walk-in customers get “politely” refused service for not having appointments — even though they had extra staff (two completely free and two with other customers) and no one else waiting at 2 PM. Customers were even willing to wait. But hey, it’s 9-to-5 and paid, so who cares, right? Highly recommend booking an appointment in advance — and good luck.
