I visited this branch from Seaport, because it had good review. Amy was extremely helpful in opening an account, and the branch overally provided good service.
Had an amazing experience with Amy, who was extremely skilled to handle my issues. She was amazing and made me feel extremely valued. Employees can easily make or break company’s reputation and Amy is one of those whose service was absolutely exemplary.
THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE AT ANY BANK...Staff member misrepresented himself..Told me he was a manager..Untrue, just a bank salesman..Had important papers to transfer information over to main bank in financial district.. Daniel DiGiacomo said..'don't worry I'll take care of this right away..Took documents, put them in a file & folder." Chase sucks... All checks I have been depositing it's taking over a week to be processed you call them and nothing is actually done.
Decided to give this location a try based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Amy is extremely polite and helpful and took time to explain in detail. Overall one of the best banking experience so far
