Honestly, I do not understand why people complain about this bank. I have been there multiple times and the staff has never been anything else but friendly and helpful. Yes, there is an issue with the ATM withdrawal but it has to do with the location of the ATM machine and not with any bank services!
You can only access the ATM during banking hours. For people who work normal daytime hours, it's extremely challenging to withdraw cash. If you live in this area, I would recommend a different bank.
The ATM would not open and this is the only ATM in the area. I am going to move my business somewhere else as soon as I can; UPDATE [3 months later]. The ATM vestibule is open ONLY when the bank is open 🤯. No cash after 5 pm as confirmed by the staff. Suggestions about a better bank in the area?
