I have been banking with chase for 6 years and this time I received some unexpected behavior from the teller. I requested for a notary and the teller first looked at the document and then she went "I am not comfortable doing this!, please go to a notary public that’s right around the corner". I was so shocked and so surprised by that statement that i didn't know how to respond!!! I asked why she could not notarize my document and she couldn't give me a proper explanation.
