She made the whole process smooth and stress-free—helping me reset my PIN quickly and efficiently, and assisting with a cashier’s check without any hassle. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I really appreciate her help and would gladly return because of this positive experience.

Terrible branch and bank manager! I recommend going to and using your local small bank! I opened an acct with Chase in Upper St Clair for a promotion they offered. After opening and depositing a check, Chase closed the new account and held the funds from the check for months in their own acct. Chase initially said their back office thought the check was fraudulent. I thought holding the check for a week for a new acct was not out of the ordinary but closing the acct was weird.
