Can't even get in to use the ATM to pull out cash even when it's closed
Went to the bank at 230 pm on a Saturday because I needed to make a deposit in the ATM. There is no ATM outside and they've locked the "ATM vestibule".. so now I've had to drive 45 minutes to the next closest location to do a simple ATM deposit. An hour and a half round trip. Extremely frustrating. What's the point of banking with Chase if you live in Athens? Not to mention half the time I have to park across the street in a pay parking lot just to do banking.
Bank card reader doesn't work for atm access.
Smells like cigarette smoke inside the bank. It's a dystopian experience in this odd bank with a couple of large portable ATMs seemingly haphazardly placed near the entrance. What bank only has ATMs available during business hours? The 6 or 7 staff hanging out randomly inside seemed friendly enough, but the odor of stale cigarette smoke and the overall dirty vibe of the place was a real turn off. Closing my account because I like to have access to cash 24/7 not 9-5 M-F.
Bank sucks the after hours door opener NEVER works called them multiple times about this issue just attempting to make rent on time anticipating that the external debit card door opener will work is really important. I know you don’t care personally, but I have called you guys on multiple occasions about this issue and you have never resolved it here.
