I had an excellent experience at Chase thanks to Ansh. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and seamless. Chase is lucky to have an employee like him—he truly goes above and beyond for his clients.
The rudest employee have ever encountered. Came in to use the ATM had some trash in my hand and needed to throw it away was looking for a trashcan and was yelled at by a rude and aggressive janitor. I came to withdraw money and had it ice cream wrapper in my hand. All I was looking for was a trashcan that employee made me not want to bank here ever again, so rude and unnecessary the way you spoke to us absolutely ridiculous. person should not work with people.
