They been pretty nice to me. Always greet me and try to help, every time I gone in, and I just go in for banking stuff. I don't know what's the low rating reviews speaking about. I guess they unfortunately got a bad day. I prefer Chase over Bank of America. I seem to tend to have better experience with y'all. Plus, Luckily closer by.
I called with several questions and Alexis was welcoming, professional, and precise. After dealing terrible customer service from multiple other businesses today, it was a pleasure to work with her. Great hire and training, Chase!
