Not the friendliest branch. I’ve been to chase in east lib and shadyside, both very accomodating. The squirrel hill one is the opposite. I went here on chinese new year and i asked for red envelopes (ang pao) when the white staff told me that there is none left and that they gave them away the day before CNY in a little condescending tone.
