Not the friendliest branch. I’ve been to chase in east lib and shadyside, both very accomodating. The squirrel hill one is the opposite. I went here on chinese new year and i asked for red envelopes (ang pao) when the white staff told me that there is none left and that they gave them away the day before CNY in a little condescending tone. Every business on this street requires you to do business with them in order to use their restrooms. Unfortunately the only business I was attending on this street (Chase ) doesn’t allow their customers to use their bathroom. They told me to use the coffee shop down the street and the coffee shop told me I had to buy coffee. I guess when customer service comes last and late charges come first chase is the place
