Very disappointing experience with one of the managers at this Chase branch. I had a 9:00 AM appointment and brought my cousin to open an account. My English is perfectly sufficient for normal banking communication, but the manager, Shrae Gord (if I have the name spelled correctly), completely disregarded this and unnecessarily brought in a Russian interpreter.
