Have to edit my review. Last time I came in they were hovering over my shoulders like I was going to rob the place it was weird.
Unbelievable poor service in this location!!!! Instead of explaining nicely their "policies" (that every location looks like has a different one), they called for a security guy to walk out my 70 years old mom from the bank, because she wanted to make a deposit. Will be closing ALL my accounts with CHASE! THE worst service ever!
I've been a loyal Chase customer for 17 years and have never missed a payment. Today, without any prior notice, my credit limit was reduced by $14,000. This unexpected action had a significant negative impact on my credit score. I find this deeply unfair and disappointing. As a result, I will no longer continue banking with Chase.
I like the excellent customer service at Eagan and West St.paul location.
