I have visited this branch several times, and each time my requests were handled quickly, my questions were answered graciously, and I received helpful advice when requested. I am very happy with the staff’s service.
The people were nice, but what a gross astheric inside. So cold and stale. I really don't care to sit in an open booth to discuss a loan. A private office would be great. Such a great example of some executive somewhere saying "oh yeah this will look great". Oh and is it really necessary to charge me $10 for a cashier's check? That's some expensive ink.
Have to edit my review. Last time I came in they were hovering over my shoulders like I was going to rob the place it was weird.
Unbelievable poor service in this location!!!! Instead of explaining nicely their "policies" (that every location looks like has a different one), they called for a security guy to walk out my 70 years old mom from the bank, because she wanted to make a deposit. Will be closing ALL my accounts with CHASE! THE worst service ever!
