Amzy gave amazing customer service!
Booked an appointment the day before to sort out some things with my existing personal account. Michael Fernandes (forgive me if I am misremembering the name) was so professional, efficient, and friendly!
Appointment was moved by branch from 12:00 to 12:30. I arrived at the requested time and still waited over 30 minutes without being seen. I had to leave because I needed to pick up my son from daycare. Very disappointing experience and poor scheduling management.
