I visited a Chase Bank branch today to inquire about opening a credit card, and honestly, the experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. The systems of Chase are a bit crazy and we had a lot of issues to do 2 things we thought should be easy. With one of them, there was a major technical issue and we were there for 2 hours. The only reason this rating is high is because of Muhammad. He was so very helpful and did everything he could do to fix the issue. He also did it with patience, a smile, and humor.
I had an appointment with a relationship banker Mr. Airlangga at Chase. He was incredibly patient, polite, and explained everything clearly. His humble approach and attentive listening made the experience smooth and stress-free. Great asset to this branch - highly recommend!
