I’ve deposited checks at this Chase before and never had an issue. Today, a woman I’m assuming was the manager told me they won’t fill out the deposit information because I’m not a Chase customer. Her reasoning was that if they filled it out wrong, they didn’t want to be responsible. That argument really fell apart when the teller couldn’t read my handwriting, pulled up the wrong account, then read the account information directly off the sheet I handed her and got it right. I recently visited JPMorgan Chase Bank at Hartford South Meadows Branch 427796, and it was a quick in and out process. The cashier Maria was quick, professional, and efficient. I definitely will be visiting next time with any Chase matters. Give it a 10/10. Thanks and much appreciated
