Every experience I've had here the staff have been knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I've been very pleased with my choice to bank here.
Great service by Elvis setting up my new credit card. He did a great job explaining the cash back features on the card and answering my questions. I got my full sign on bonus too! I have called him a few times since our appointment to ask other questions and he’s always available.
Absolutely pathetic service. I opened my account around 3 months back because of the good reputation of Chase Bank. But Elvis Mogrovejo provided us with the wrong information as a result, we lost our precious 600 $ reward. And that is not enough. Marcella Jones, The manager, accused us (a customer) of Lying and making up a story to get the reward when I deposited a significant amount in the bank.
