Terrible, untrained limited knowledge “bankers”. No shortage of errors and limited ability to accept or acknowledge that they don’t know what they are doing. It’s a shame to have an account that you need to constantly oversee and manage because you know there will be errors- Errors that are never in your favor, incidentally. Beware, this branches especially bad..
The card reader to access the ATM after hours literally has never worked in the last three years that I’ve been coming here
Very friendly people at this bank. It was the coziest banking experience I've ever had and initially I had to wait for another customer before realizing the atm would work just fine for choosing bills, so I did. The lot is helpful to park. Would return.
Every time I needed to make a change to my address upon moving to DC they have helped me every step of the way. Cheers!
